Liked: Stayed in a mountain view balcony room which was lovely, nice fireplace and super comfortable. The lounge area was beautiful with an open fireplace, staff were attentive and the food was honestly sublime.

Disliked: Booked a mountain view room hotel said it was pet friendly but upon arrival they took away the mountain room because we had a small dog. We Traveled from Ontario to enjoy the mountain view and wouldn't have booked if they said that room wasn't pet friendly. Service was horrible and tap dripped in room all night

Beautiful condition close to Jasper

Liked: Beautiful place surrounded by nature.
Disliked: There are few trails around the hotel but impossible to find as there is very little signage. Asked the staff member and she didn’t know either.

Liked: Stunning views. Beautiful room
Disliked: Accommodation was fairly basic for the price but you were paying for an extraordinary view and location.

Short stay in Jasper

Liked: Although some aspects of the room needed improvement, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, plenty of space with a spectacular view. We had a relaxing evening by the fireplace and the staff was very attentive. We would definitely be back.
Disliked: Facing the main road it can get noisy, but we weren't awakened during the night because of it.
