a good stay but not...
Liked: breakfast was a highlight as was the view from the restaurant over the oval. The staff were happy to add mushrooms to my chosen meal and the coofee was excellent
Disliked: a mirror on the bedroom wall would be more useful than the one in the wardrobe and a drawer for toiletries in the bathroom instead of an under sink shelf would be valuabkle addition/ loved the second window to prof=vide extra natural light is good

We probably wouldn’t stay again,...
Liked: We initially got a “free upgrade” to which we entered the room and were disappointed. The room was very small with a tiny couch and bed in the corner. On arrival we noticed the room was right next to the staff elevator, very very dusty, and very loud (we could here everything in the hallway, the street and the next rooms) the shower was unusable and the bathroom drain was so blocked that the bathroom flooded. We were w eventually moved to a downgraded room, which actually had a better layout, but this time was in the middle of the floor so there was even more noise from the hallway and street. I’m not sure you could stay here if there was a game on. The restaurant was fantastic, and the staff were ok.
Disliked: 1. The cleanliness of the rooms. Even with our changed room, it was still very dusty on the shelves, tv and window frames. 2. There is no privacy. You can hear every conversation, every footstep and every move in the hallways and other rooms as you’re walking through. 3. It’s very loud. The rooms are not sound proof so you hear everything outside.
