Liked: Quiet, great location.
Disliked: Arrival into an underground car park. There was no one there. Thankfully, the taxi driver showed me where to go.

Beautiful hotel, but at a...

Liked: Beautifully presented room and personalised message on the tv which was a cute touch. Great in room technology and wonderful view.
Disliked: Baffled as to why there wouldn't be a toilet brush in the room, and the valet service was $49 to move the various 15 metres - my own fault as I didn't ask if there was a charge. Also surprised at given how high end the hotel is that all the hallway carpets appeared to have water damage. Obviously this didn't make a difference to our stay but it was a surprise. Overall $360 for an overnight stay is very pricey and while it was beautiful, it isn't a price I'd pay again.

Mixed experience, wont go back,...

Liked: Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Complementary water appreciated, and coffee / tea making facilities helpful. Electronic control of everything including curtains was great, and complementary bathroom items (e.g. toothbrush) very good.
Disliked: Windows to room on outside were very dusty, so the lovely gardens outlook was marred somewhat, but views excellent. Breakfast at hotel was extremely disappointing in terms of being seated, with no headsup as to the wait for food. Sat down and ordered, and one hour later no food arrived, so we left pretty annoyed that we had not been at least warned that there would be such a wait. We simply got up, cancelled the food order and went to Cotto (in Prospect) for an excellent breakfast instead.
