Piece of paradise! But bring...

Liked: The renovations are beautiful, so clean and fresh and new! The staff are lovely. Our host Heng Lan on the 18th level was beautiful and so friendly. She made our room sparkling every morning. We had a partial ocean view and the king bed was heaven. Great location.
Disliked: If you are a light sleeper definitely reconsider. We had very noisy neighbours and were kept up until 2am and 4am both nights in a row. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear every conversation, every Facebook reel, toilet noises etc. I don’t know if this is the norm but we struggled with it big time.

Liked: The staff was fantastic, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and very inviting. The location was also perfect - very central.

Ask to stay on pool...

Liked: Location was great! Bed was comfortable in twin room but when put in one bedroom unit the pull out bed had springs in your back so my son had to sleep on the couch and the double bed mattress was not as comfortable as the twin rooms bed.
Disliked: Rooms have thin walls, baby next door sounded as though it was in our room, updated to a one bedroom unit, our son had to sleep on the couch and we paid for 2 double beds. The unit was next to the construction site across the road with banging at 5.30am then drilling, extremely loud.Cold water from shower so they waived one nights car park for compensation.

Great location for family stay!

Liked: Rooms updated and close walk to beach, resturants and supermarkets. Housekeeping staff very helpful.
Disliked: Rooms not well equipped ie kitchen didn't have any cutlery, plates, toaster or kettle. We had to ask for the items.
