Liked: Comfortable bed, private lanai, friendly staff
Disliked: It was difficult to find our room in building 3 in the dark

Liked: Beautiful, clean and visually appealing
Disliked: The beds were so small and not comfortable. Staff seemed annoyed.

Liked: Good pool facilities, on-site eateries, friendly staff.
Disliked: On site convenience store ridiculously expensive. The location of property is isolated, no shuttle service provided to take guests on short trips (you definitely need a car).

Disliked: The beds was really small for 2 people (adult and child), very bad food, I really don’t like the dinners.

Was ok but over priced

Liked: Nice hotel, but a little outdated. Nice pool, clean room.
Disliked: No roll out beds available during our stay, and they said they charge $40 if it was available. Early check in option was $100 an hour. At the rate we paid, about $580 a night, it seemed OVER PRICED for what we got. This is a $300 a night room if you ask me.

Bad

Liked: Outrigger decided to work on the fire alarms from Monday through Friday 9 to 5pm and ask us to be out of the rooms on this hours. I was traveling with a liver transplant patient that need it to have the room available at all hours. So that was not acceptable and I need it to book another hotel and spend more money on it because of last minute. Not very happy. I'm hoping they compensate me by not charging me the 2 nights I spend there.
