Very pleasant!!

Short but lovely

Liked: Had plane problems so booked a room for one night. I was very surprised how beautiful the hotel was.
Disliked: Nothing

This Resort is a Nice...

Liked: Great location. Close to the airport but not close to other hotels. Located on the water. Several pools and a Pool Bar. On site Restaurant was a little pricey, but the food was very good. The Gift Shop sold Starbucks Coffee and also sandwiches if you wanted to grab & go. They gave complimentary water bottles in your room and have filling stations at several places on the property. The room was large and comfortable.
Disliked: There were not enough pool lounge chairs for the property. We had to go to the pool first thing in the morning and place our towels on the chairs to reserve them or risk having none available later. There is a Pool/Fountain Pump located between buildings 2 and 3. If you were unfortunate enough to have a room near this pump, it was very loud and you could not enjoy your balcony. The pump ran 24/7. For some reason we had to tell them each day to get our room serviced, friends also staying at the property did not have to request to have their room serviced. They were in a different building but not sure why that would matter. Carpet in the first room we received were filthy, we changed rooms the next day. Had to pay $25 per hour for late check out.

Disappointing.

Liked: Near airport.
Disliked: The pool was freezing cold. No one could use the pool at all—even children stayed out of the pool because it was so cold. This is inexcusable for a Hawaii hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: Food and drinks were always good! It is in a great location for checking out the island. Live music at shutters was always a good time. The complimentary water bottles came in handy on the several hikes we went on as well!Hotel and grounds were clean. Very family friendly and would absolutely bring my kids here.
Disliked: I know a lot of plastics wash up on shore of this beach, just wish they had a maintenance person who could go by and pick some of it up to prevent it washing back into the ocean.

Comfortable and relaxing

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic. Brunch and the option of ala carts.The beach was along the resorts .All the staff were friendly and wiling to please . The room was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Not enough loungers or chairs around the pool.
