Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Staff did not offer help with luggage and there are no elevations to get heavy luggage up to second floor. Self parking was not included in resort fee. Breakfast buffet for $35 was quite small, not much variety, gnats landing all over the fruit .

Disappointing but friendly staff.

Liked: Staff were lovely.
Disliked: Dated decor. Room was a little dirty and dusty. Found beds to be small. Pool was nice but not enough deck chairs for size of hotel.
