Liked: The friendliness of the staff was awesome!
Disliked: Shower dripped and flooded the BR floor overnight, light inside the door never worked.

Liked: The resort was very close to the airport and beautifully located by water. Bars and restaurants had great food!
Disliked: The bed did not feel very comfortable and the bathroom was not clean when we got there. It was cleaned later on though.

Liked: Beautiful pools, beach too. Great location for the island. The front door bell staff was very friendly and helpful, plus the weekend concierge was great.

Just okay. Will not stay...

Liked: The location is great. The gardens are pretty and the pool area is nice and large. A smaller pool with a sandy "beach" was a nice touch for the little ones. Breakfast staff, Holly and Frank, were extra nice and friendly. They were the only ones though. Easy to get to and from the airport and to other parts of the island. The gated parking lot was nearby, not too far to walk.
Disliked: The staff members, exceot for Holly and Frank in the morning, were disinterested, a bit rude, and/or seemed put out when we asked questions. The chairs at the pool need upgrading in that they are a mismatches of rundown chairs. The dinner seemed over-priced and was the only meal on our trip that wasn't good or worth the money. We found all the other options in the area to be very good. Several lights were out or blinking in our room. We told the checkout staff at the end and she never said thank you. I assume the next people will have the same issue. Regular upkeep was lacking.The beach view is nice but know that it's rocky and not a good swimming beach.
