Not happy with management. Nothing...

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: I complained about what at best were coffee stains on bed sheets and fact there were no biscuits or water as usual. Nothing was done. I complained again the next day, but nothing was done to satisfy a horrible experience. No excuse not to have changed the bed sheets for two days. Breakfast staff totally focused on cleaning tables. You have to trip one of the Servants to get a coffee. Friendly yes, but walk about zombie-like without looking at guests to see if they want/need anything.

Lovely hotel and accommodating staff.

Liked: I love the hotel, the rooms are lovely and staff are always accommodating.
Disliked: Breakfast is always cold. Eggs, in all my visits and bacon have never been hot, so much so, I avoid them. Yoghurt and fresh fruit lovely and great selection of Danish pastries.

Usually no complaints a few...

Liked: Staff excellent,location ok,bedroom initially not good relocation to another room not much better, maintenance fast and efficient,

A great hotel with character...

Liked: The location of the property was perfect for me and I loved the architecture of the period building. It had great character.
Disliked: Nothing
