Excellent location and staff -...

Liked: Great location, breakfast and charming hotel. Staff were very helpful and kind. Room is tight, but the bathroom is spacious.
Disliked: We were assigned a ground floor room unfortunately - with noise coming right by the entrance of the hotel and the window which faces right onto the street. You can hear every person coming through the entrance and in the hallway, not ideal nor what we were expecting. Plenty of better options at this price point.

Small room in a central...

Liked: Central location about ~15-20 minutes walk from all major attractions and close to great restaurants in the Santo Spirito area. Great breakfast, easy digitalcheck-in process, and aesthetic common areas.
Disliked: We stayed in Room 1 located on the ground floor of the hotel, right by the entrance. The room was fairly small and there was quite a bit of noise from the street and from guests entering and exiting the property.

Wonderful Gem in Florence for...

Liked: The location is a great hidden gem. 20 min walk (very flat) from a handful of historic sites, major leather markets, and fantastic food spots.The staff is very friendly/helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and very good.The room we stayed in was #5, and it was comfortable and intmate (ideal for couples/honeymooners). It is a nice place to recharge after a day on our feet before heading out to grab a bit to eat for dinner. Overall, when we come back to Florence, we definitely will want to stay here again if possible.
Disliked: The staff is not onsite after 13:00. It wasn't an issue for us, but I could see it being something a guest should know before booking. So we are from the States, and A/C is standard for us. Our first night, we did not have AC due to it not being turned on for the room by the staff. This is because of the regulation, NOT the hotel itself. The next morning, we asked, and the staff was happy to turn on the AC for the remainder of our stay!
