Superb hotel but with financial...

Liked: Everything in the hotel was perfect
Disliked: The hotel, on top of high cost, adds 100$ as a deposit when you register. It only pays you back between 5-10 calendar days. Unacceptable in my opinion. No other hotel does that. Not only is that peculiar but especially, it enables them to make interest on the backs of clients. Doesn't seem like a respectable practice and certainly not customer focused. Really disappointed by this practice. Not sure I will go back.

Liked: The sliding door for bathroom does not allow any privacyThe fact that there’s only one entrance for this big hotel does not make any sense to meThere is so many cameras everywhere. I really enjoyed the visit...

Liked: Everything was very comfortable and high quality. Towels and robes thick and soft, rooms very clean, beds comfortable with plenty of pillows and good lighting. The onsite restaurant was spectacular, and the included breakfast buffet was high quality. The spa was small but all well-appointed and clean. I thought it was priced appropriately for what it offered. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The relaxation room at the spa was nice, but I was expecting there to be some lounge chairs around the pool and there aren't any at all. There wasn't really anywhere to "hang out" if you weren't doing the thermal experience.
