Convenient and friendly!

Liked: Great location for all the tourist sites. Very friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast buffet!

Excellent hotel in great location

Liked: Property was excellently located in central Rome and a perfect place to explore the city from. The room was clean and spacious and we were upgraded to a room with a private terrace. The staff were all very friendly especially Georgio at the breakfast service. Breakfast was a good selection and very nice.
Disliked: From our room the lift was very noisy in the mornings. The air conditioning was turned off due to it being the later part of the year

Liked: Great location, super comfy beds, fantastic bathroom and very clean. Great hotel!
Disliked: The Rome marathon was on the day we left and the hotel staff were not very helpful with how we get to the airport.

Liked: Love this hotel, stayed there two years prior to this visit. Friendly staff, great breakfast and rooftop area. Best location in the city, close to all ancient attractions. We love the OTIVM!
Disliked: View from our room, but nothing can be done about that. Spent a lot of time on the roof for an exceptional panoramic view of the city and monuments.

Liked: They were all incredibly helpful And always with a smile !! Mr Giorgio at the breakfast and Mr Luca the manager were so kind ! The rooms were very clean!!!The location of the hotel really excellent !!!

Central location in a historic...

Liked: Staff was extremely accommodating, very nice roof top.
Disliked: breakfast is not included - hotel drinks are pricey compared to surrounding restaurants. would recommend using uber instead of transport provided by hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: Location was great a few minute walk to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions
Disliked: The shower was in the room and was a little dark, but this is just a minor issue

A lovely stay in central...

Liked: The location is perfect. We could walk to many sites. Luca and the entire team were so nice and helpful. The roof deck for breakfast and a cocktail was fantastic. We will stay again when in Rome!
