Liked: Staying at Osceola Grand Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only thing was not having a elevator for the second floor. I was get over a knee injury. But, the location was perfect.

Desperately needing updating

Liked: Very outdated accommodations desperately needing updating. Walls are paper thin you can hear other guests very easily. “Pay For Open Swim” pushes paying guests to the side.

Liked: It was a nice looking hotel
Disliked: It is in need of some maintenance the air duct and the bathroom of the room I had looked like it's about ready to fall out of the ceiling and the bed saged in the middle and the heater was on full blast and it was still chilly in the room

Disappointing

Liked: Nice staff easy to check in.
Disliked: The paint was chipping off the walls. When we went to get the breakfast most of the food was old and expired.
