Liked: accept it was a budget accommodation so was a low price
Disliked: The room I was in was dirty and tired. The office style blinds didn’t close properly so the room wasn’t dark and whilst I appreciate it’s on a busy road the traffic noise was awful.There was only the one overhead main light, so not possible to have some less stark lighting.Otherwise it was just a bit grubby, with various stains and marks on walls, radiators and skirting boards. The previous occupants long black hair on the (damaged) floor.The bathroom heating didn’t work so along with the tepid water a morning shower was bracing.The room also stank of stale smoke and the mugs were dirty.check in & out was simple enough and I do appreciate this is a budget premises, but a lick of paint and some more detailed cleaning don’t cost the earth!

Liked: Arrived at property later than anticipated however manager was there to greet us. He was very polite, professional and friendly.Unfortunately the room we were given wasn't good as detailed but thankfuully the manager was very apologetic and offered us an alternative upgraded room immediately
Disliked: The room that was allocated to us unfortunately had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. (The smell was coming from the drain in the shower cubicle). The manager again was very helpful and offered an alternative room for our stay at no extra cost Rooms could be a lot cleaner and 2 rather than 1 bath towels would be better

Liked: I felt for £65 it should have been cosier, bigger to as mentioned, it just was not as good as what I’m used to. Even other places at lower prices exceeded my expectations and they know it.
