Disliked: Been here before, and standards have slipped. Venetian blind broken, curtains coming away from hangings on pole. Light on all night outside window, only a problem because of curtains. Bathroom looked beautiful but nowhere to put toiletries in shower, no toilet brush and shelves over bath unreachable from bath - sides of bath too high to pick up from floor. Shelves poorly fixed to tiles.Spilt coffee on windowsill and skirting board and peanuts on radiator. Towel radiator isolator eventually found above wardrobe - had to be 6ft plus to reach. Bin liner not replaced in bathroom and bed poorly made on second day. Only 3 coathangers in full wardrobe. When we requested more from reception they said there was nothing that could be done as the hotel was fully booked.In the gents changing room for the pool the floor was soaking wet even though it wasn’t busy. Under the benches the tiles were filthy.Didn’t take my glasses when swimming so couldn’t use the combination locker. Enlisted the help of a stranger who had exactly the same problem!
