Disliked: Bit dated in rooms and bathrooms, no usb sockets...

Most enjoyable!

Liked: The staff were wonderful…friendly and courteous. The food was lovely and the room very comfortable. There were some lovely spaces with comfortable seating for us to sit and catch up together.
Disliked: Just one little niggle. The shower in my room was a fixed head type. I’m a female who, in common with many women, doesn’t want to get my hair wet each time I shower. Because of this and because I wasn’t prepared for this eventuality I couldn’t avail myself of this facility…pity that. The provision of a disposable shower cap would have been perfect.

A break to unwind

Liked: The staff are all so friendly and helpful...the gardens and building is so very special especially if you don't want a modern faceless abode.The breakfast is always 10 out of 10 and the staff can not do enough...The spa connected makes everything a little more special and the staff working there are particularly nice

Disliked: Inconvenient to only be given one key and to need this to move between buildings, staff on reception weren’t the most forthcoming 6pm is early to have children out of the pool - 7pm would be reasonable Bath was small On site restaurant poorly reviewed so unfortunately felt best to go elsewhere
