Liked: Breakfast. Staff at the restaurant were very smiley and helpful, Breakfast was very nice. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We were staying in room 12. One tiny tiny shampoo and body wash sachet for two people for two nights? The first evening, we had very dry biscuits, and the second, nothing :).The room smelled bad, and the carpet was dirty. The shower was very weak and unstable—cold, hot, cold. took ages to take a shower :(.

Liked: Breakfast was good quality ingredients, but a touch small (I do have a big appetite though!).Simple check in process.VERY spacious room (Not sure if I was accidentally given a bigger one...).Staff were very helpful, I left my charger in error and they organised posting it back out to me (at my expense, of course) quickly and easily.
Disliked: Room was VERY cold! Even with the plug in heater on constantly, it didn't get warm. The radiator never got warm at all despite being on full blast, so I cna only assume the heating was off.
