Comfy, cosy little gem. Friendly...

Liked: The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Rooms excellent for our needs. It's a little gem in the middle of Liverpool.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I disliked. All round good.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Great food
Disliked: Kettle in the room needed descaling or just a new one. Nothing that I could find to control the heating...had window open all night and kept waking up listening to the rain.

Loved the place though; very...

Liked: Very friendly! Great to visit either Liverpool( train station near by) or the Anthony Gormley Statues on Crosby Beach!
Disliked: Some appliances not perfect!

Kindness not good dirty curtains,...

Liked: Heavy gravel drive would cause more damage to drive the car into it better off leaving it outside on the road
Disliked: Room was unclean carpets filthy curtains were filthy shower was broken and very cheap food not great not good. Value for money would not recommend.
