horrible experience

Liked: horrible staff , smelled bad , they cancelled my booking reservation for no reason then charged me a higher rate . sheets had holes in it . very muggy and toilet stopped up never had breakfast in place .

Liked: Some lights didn't work. No shower curtain in bathroom. Room hadn't been cleaned. Was filthy. Gum stuck on side of table.

This hotel was nasty

Disliked: The hotel was dirty. There was mold on the shower, shower curtain, and curtains. There was a hole punched through the bathroom door. The beds were poorly made, they did not look washed. There was missing ceiling titles in the halls. Paint was falling off the walls in the lobby, halls, and rooms. Totally not the hotel that was pictured on the site. The front desk clerk could not speak English had to call someone to do anything including check ins, refunds, and reservations.

Disliked: Everything , room was dirty had to switch rooms the different times one room tv didn’t work , one room the paint was peelling all off the wall it had no smoke detector or and the sheets and pillow cases were dirty. All throughout the hotel there was this horrible stench had to keep spraying my perfume in my room.
