Liked: Very clean stayed 2 nights Tuesday, Wednesday during hurricane Milton. Have watched nightly rates and do believe I was price gouged because of storm also double priced on credit card $468 .16 from booking . Com and the Marriott be month tomorrow and still waiting on a refund

Liked: Everything to be honest. Very new clean and modern
Disliked: I booked 2 nights for my family. Obviously needed 2 beds. Got a room with only 1 king bed and a chaise lounge chair…which I had to sleep on. My back and neck will never be the same!

Liked: The room size
Disliked: I was given a dirty room then the second room the fridge was broken finally the third room I thought was ok and the tub didn’t work. This place cost too much for how it looks and seems. Dogs were peeing in the hallways. There was no room service. This place was not nice when it comes to customer satisfaction and service. When you call to the lobby they also are quick to put you on hold or hang up after they respond they don’t let you speak before you hear a dial tone.
