Liked: Modern, clean.
Disliked: We asked for non smoking but when we stepped into our room, it wreaked of cigarette smoke. The staff was accommodating and moved us to a new room.

Gross, will never stay here...
Liked: The location was fine, but nothing else about my experience was pleasant.
Disliked: Well, our room literally smelled like fecal matter. We didn't get in till late at night and wasn't much that could be done about the situation. Only had one elevator working. Next morning, they had a lot of issues going on in the front lobby. Just overall experience was horrible, especially for the price for one night (over $200). I could expect something like this at a Motel 6 or something of the like, but not a "high end" Marriot.

Unhelpful staff
Disliked: We booked through booking.com. At the hotel reception the girl told us that she did not see our reservation and we should call booking.com. It was New Year's Eve, 2 am, booking took a very long time, they searched for something for more than an hour, but they did not help, they just cancelled our reservation and returned the money. It was already 3 am. The reception girl said that it was not our mistake and promised to give us a room at the same price. But in the end the hotel charged us $70 more for the room and breakfast for 4 people cost another $100, although our cancelled order included free breakfast. I am very unhappy with Booking.com because everything they did "for free" was return our money to us (that's what they said). And I am very unhappy with the Marriott Hotel because they did not try to help, they just watched my children sleeping in the lobby at 3am while we tried to resolve the issue with Booking.com and they lied to us by promising the same room for the same price.
