Disliked: We thought that we had breakfast included but it was not. Our room was not ready for several hours., however we registered early and we left our luggage with the concierge who was going to put it in our room as soon as it was ready. We went to dinner. We were called a few hours later and came back to the hotel and had to wait another half hour in line to get our room key. We went upstairs and the luggage was NOT in our room and was lost. It was finally found and we were 45 minutes late for our family event because we had to wait for our room assignment, wait for our room key in line again and locate our missing luggage.

Disliked: We chose this hotel in Lake Mary because it was close to the school for where our daughter had dance competition. Our daughter needed to get ready and be at the school by 2:30. I tried to contact the hotel several times the week before by phone or messaging to request early check-in. We arrived at 12:30 and there were no rooms available. They couldn't even find our reservation at first. Front desk attendant said they had no phone line and was having problems with communications. Our friends arrived at noon and was able to get early check in. I noticed several people arriving and getting their rooms right away. We waited in the lobby and I kept checking with the front desk. After asking enough times, finally at 3:30 we were able to get the only room available, even though it was an accessible room we took it and needed to get our luggage in and head to the School to see our daughter's performance. We were lucky that she was able to get ready with friends already in their room.We just made it to see her perform. When we returned to the room, we were disappointed that there was no hair drier, microwave, or luggage stand, and only one chair in the room. Not to mention no breakfast offered for the guests, only a buffet for $26/person. For what we paid for a room, our expectations for a Marriot Hotel were not even close to being met.

Disliked: Dust everywhere in the roomThe breakfast buffet very much lacks varietyThe lady who prepares the eggs uses one pair of gloves and uses them for everything, even scratching her head and replacing the gas cylinder. Then she puts the cheese on the eggs with the same gloves and transfers the eggs to the plates. This is very disgusting.
