Great start, would come back

Liked: The location is great and amenities very close nearby, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was varied and tasty! Worth the extra money!
Disliked: You didn’t have English tea in the rooms, therefore no milk!

Great Amenities and a Central...

Liked: The hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room with a bathtub, which added to the comfort of our stay. The central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience!

Great place to stay in...

Liked: A very nice hotel. The room was spacious with big windows and a nice view over the city. Comfortable bed and stylishly decorated room in 50s style, just like the rest of the hotel. It was well kept and carried out. Good breakfast in a nice restaurant also with view. Great roof terrace and several saunas...Good location, close to trainstation, busstation, shops, museums etc. We would stay here again.
Disliked: A little lack of cleanliness in the room, but probably because the extra bed is not in use that often(?). Loved the room...

Comfortable and quiet stay. Enjoyed...

Liked: Beautiful vintage hotel right in the heart of the city! Comfortable bed and heated bathroom floors. Great view from the large windows and very quiet considering its proximity to all the trams, busses and people. Breakfast was by far the best we had in our stay in Helsinki with its fantastic selection of items and views from the restaurant on floor 10. Women’s sauna was lovely, clean and temperature was fantastic
Disliked: Checking was extremely slow-only place we stayed that didn’t have some form of online check in prior to reaching the property to expedite things so took longer. When using main entrance to the hotel there are several steps or a very steep ramp in place to get to the reception desk. Elevators are tiny (built in the 50’s) but fine for us as a only 2 travellers

Superb location

Liked: We stayed twice (each stay 3 days 2 nights) in the first week and second week of October 2024.The hotel located in the heart of city centre and right next to the main train station, metro and tram lines. The shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and sightseeing are all within short walking distance.The room is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the night view of the city from the window. The hotel has luggage storage room facility (near the hotel entrance) and the door has security lock.Breakfast buffet style was nice with a great choice of food. Breakfast restaurant on the 10th floor and has beautiful view of Helsinki city. The front desk staffs are friendly and very helpful. Reasonable wait time for check-in/out. We had pleasant stay.
