Liked: We come every year around the same time, and we love jt. The only complaint was the room wasn't at clean as it usually is. The floors needed vacuuming in our room next to the thermostat wall.

Liked: The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are very modern and have great amenities
Disliked: The hotel front desk staff are honestly aloof and do not really provide hospitality like is expected at a higher end hotel like this one. We booked a suite and the coffee maker did not work, we tried to call to the front desk multiple times without any answer and I feel like for the price point, the service and entire experience should be impeccable.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive. Having 33 Staves right in the hotel was an incredible bonus!
Disliked: The bed was a little firm for my liking.

Disliked: Front desk person wasn't that friendly when I was checking in. Water pressure on shower was too low to take a decent shower.
