Modern vibe, loved the furnishings,good...
Liked: Loved the decor and the vibe. Everything modern and clean and distinctly “horse country”Blackout curtains comfy bed, good shower. We were very pleased with everything until garbage truck came at 5:08 am.The breakfast was very good, servers were very nice and very inexperienced.
Disliked: 1) we had stocked some breakfast items and snacks for our stay. The full bag with lots of unopened snacks was on the desk, pushed back against the wall. Housekeeping was in to straighten up as we were there for 4 days. Bag of food worth approximately $35 was gone. First front desk person we told did nothing. The next day we spoke to someone else and she gave us $30 voucher for breakfast. 2) Garbage truck came to empty dumpster at 5:08 am. Very noisy and woke us up, obviously.Hotel management should be aware, I’m sure there’s some kind of ordinance against.

Definitely worth the price
Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The room was very modern and clean.
Disliked: The location is good because of the amount of activities in the area but also it’s on the busiest road in Lexington with traffic by being off Nicholasville, which makes it a headache during traffic houes

Excellent stay in the exurbs
Liked: Brand new, very clean and modern hotel surrounded by upscale stores and restaurants. Excellent bar and food.
Disliked: The location is convenient to Keeneland and the highways in and out of town but is otherwise bland suburbia. Rooms need microwaves.

Great location, comfortable stay, and...
Liked: The location at the Summit at Fritz Farm is a great one, close to the center hub of Lexington. It is on Nicholasville Road that will quickly take you to downtown Lex and circle road that will take you in any direction you need to go. In addition, some of Lexington's great restaurants are within walking distance at the Fritz Farm, or a quick drive away. Also, free self parking and great shopping.
Disliked: Would definitely stay here again.
