Great location, poor quality room

Liked: Location was amazing and convenient.
Disliked: The room was not peaceful enough for the price I paid. Walls and floors were too thin, had noisy guests next door, heard guests above me moving around. Disruptive, very loud garbage truck woke me up too early at 6am every morning. Awful! Towels were old and crusty. Water pressure was extremely low in the bathroom sink and shower. The bed was comfortable, but pillows were too small for a king bed, and the sheets had a funky locker room odor. Please get rid of old linens! Overpriced parking for the location. Self parking should be FREE for hotel guests or a lesser amount of $10 or less to park in a filthy public garage across the street.
