Disliked: Tv need be on wall, as when I was on bed watch, hurt my neck. Tv is on table really low. And mattress is hardBreakfast sausage wasn't nice

Liked: Good location as myself and friend travel from different locations.
Disliked: The breakfast is extremely poor on the cooked side, both days. The sausages were swimming in oil. The bacon was rock hard and dry. The beans looked like they had been there for hours. The eggs were hard. Totally unacceptable. I advised the staff on the first day but the second morning the breakfast was the same. Service areas were dirty, no plates by the toaster, no sugar, no bread, no crumpets - always having to ask the staff. This is poor due to training and their knowledge, the staff seemed to like standing by the door talking. This is the 5th time we have stayed but we are now looking for a different hotel in Maidstone for next year’s trip. I only took a couple of pics, I wish I had taken more.
