We had a lovely stay...

Liked: The staff we friendly and helpful. The main reception had a lovely ambiance and was a very welcoming space. I had a massage in the spa which was wonderful and enjoyed to pool and sauna facilities. The food was amazing!!

Disliked: Will probably not ear in the restaurant again. A simple meal took far too long, and when it eventually arrived, it was cold. I had my meal half an hour after my partner. Given a poor excuse. That people were ordering room service. In an established hotel, they should be prepared!!

Perfect one night stay whilst...

Liked: Great welcome from the check in desk! A good comfortable bed, the room was spotlessly clean and well equipped.
Disliked: No drinking water was provided in the room, and there was only 1 hand towel despite being a room for 2 people.
