Amazing stay in Brno

Liked: Breakfast, staff, facilities in the room.
Disliked: Pillow was uncomfortable, there was nothing in the minibar.

An all round enjoyable stay

Liked: The staff were excellent especially the reception staff. Hotel is beautiful and clean.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet food doesn’t stay hot. Tried breakfast at two different times and it wasn’t hot enough. However, I would still stay here again as the experience on a whole was very good.

Liked: breakfast, comfortable bed
Disliked: problems with parking, low pressure running water in the shower, noisy, no wardrobe, no shoehorn, undertrained staff at the restaurant

Liked: We visit this hotel every year for a conference. I was completely happy with the design of the lobby, reception, appartments... The food was very good, the bar as well. Everything was clean and new. Enjoyed staying there.
Disliked: Parking places are limited.
