The Orchid House really helped...

Liked: The location was excellent-close to museums, restaurants, and Chapultepec Park.
Disliked: Being on the 3rd floor with my stiff knee.

Not worth the price.

Liked: Spacious and clean room. Comfy bed. Attentive staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited. Lack of any space outside the room to hang out. Construction near the room impacted privacy. Too expensive for the facilities.

Liked: The location was wonderful very quite and peaceful. The staff were very helpful and curious.the Orchids were all over the place, hence the name. very beautiful. Great location walkable to restaurants and shops.Hotel was very clean.
Disliked: Our room was much to be desired, at first the room smelt musty because of the bathroom had no exhaust. Room was pretty small. The mattress was very soft and not comfortable. room had windows which do not open but no view, concert walls butt up against the building. When Showering, the glass partition did not prevent the water from going all over the room, not good, had to wipe down the floor. Five stars??? maybe 4 stars
