Disliked: When I checked in there was an untidy entrance with building supplies, cleaning materials and floral arrangements strewn across the floor.

Very bad room (#105). Hotel...

Liked: Well located , clean and nicely decorated.
Disliked: Room 105 is directly adjacent to the restaurant kitchen, making it extremely difficult to sleep or rest. As one staff member admitted, it is “the worst room in the hotel.” While the interior of the room is decent, accessing the bathroom requires going down a few steps, and the lighting is quite dim.Despite knowing that my wife needed rest due to a migraine, the staff failed to mention these significant drawbacks at check-in. They also made no effort to offer an alternative room or any form of compensation (such as breakfast or a rate adjustment).What’s most concerning is that Room 105 is priced the same as other standard rooms, like Room 103, which has no interior stairs to the bathroom and is far from the kitchen. At the very least, the hotel should inform guests of these inconveniences and adjust the pricing accordingly.

Liked: The traditional architecture & interior design makes this boutique hotel exceptionally quaint. A beautifully appointed hotel with very friendly staff.
Disliked: The standard double was beautiful but a little tight on floor space but it was a very comfortable stay. Bed was super comfy

Liked: Breakfast was fine, on the light side (continental breakfast). Only a 7:30 start time is a bit late.

Liked: Great staff and nicely designed rooms with thoughtful additions
Disliked: Breakfast didnt have any savoury options. It was all sweet - fruit juice, fruit and sweet cake/sweet biscuits. Not fitting for people with blood sugar problems.

Liked: The location was excellent-close to museums, restaurants, and Chapultepec Park.
Disliked: Being on the 3rd floor with my stiff knee.

Not worth the price.

Liked: Spacious and clean room. Comfy bed. Attentive staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited. Lack of any space outside the room to hang out. Construction near the room impacted privacy. Too expensive for the facilities.
