Liked: Location was great. The staff was great. Room was comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. Can only contact the front desk by WhatsApp, which was not a problem for us and they were very responsive. But there are no phones in the room.

Elegant, Romantic boutique hotel for...

Liked: We had a wonderful stay, booked two rooms as we were two couples traveling together. Hotel was very cool, boutique, great style, clean, beautiful flowers & ambiance. We had cocktails and coffee at the hotel, and enjoyed the continental breakfast. The hotel was very responsive over whatsapp in communication with us.
Disliked: The service at breakfast time in the cafe was very, very slow. Took 30 minutes to get a plate of cut fruit, everything is prepared with high quality, but if you want to get out and enjoy the city, skip the continental breakfast. Also the hotel was pretty strict about checkin time, be aware.

A great option in Polanco...

Liked: First, the location was ideal in a quieter part of Polanco. And all the staff, especially Edgar, were helpful and friendly. The front desk was very responsive. The adjoining restaurant was excellent and very pretty. Overall the property is very attractive.
Disliked: Housekeeping and the room design, especially the bathroom, were disappointing. Housekeeping did not change the bed sheets until asked and didn’t clean the coffee maker when used daily. They also didn’t leave coffee pods on most days. The bath towels were ripped and old. The bathroom is an odd triangle shape, making it usable for almost one person and the shower is an odd triangle shape. At least the shower opened into the bathroom. Our friend’s shower opened into their room.

Great stay in a beautiful...

Liked: The front desk was so helpfull printing out maps for us to reach our location and always responding to our needs.We happened to be there when the airport was having teacher protests and the airport access was basically shut down. They called their car service which was amazing. He used all kinds of back roads to actually get us to the terminal. They checked on us to make sure we got there. The hotel is beautiful and the staff wonderful.thank you so much,Alexis and Flemming
Disliked: maybe a light in the shower which was situated a bit weirdly.

Overall it was good

Liked: Breakfast was very good and we loved the location!It was an easy to walk to wonderful restaurants, shopping and a beautiful park. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: We booked a large room with booking.com, but were given a much smaller room upon arrival. It was disappointing as we were there for several nights. However the bathroom was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Double check that you get what you booked!
