Great Hotel

Liked: Room size - bigger than most Shower was powerfulBeds comfy Free parking Restaurant attached which served great food Staff were very friendly & helpful
Disliked: Rooms either side were being done out - a little noisy- but not too bad

Disliked: Upon arrival we were informed the kitchen was temporarily closed and that we will have room service in the morning having paid for the upgraded breakfast option, worst display of breakfast I have ever had! There was a restaurant less than a few meters from the from door so would have assumed we would have been redirected there instead of receiving prepackaged croissants, muffins, cereals and boiled eggs in a takeaway container as well as only giving us one coffee to share……really poor. And throughout the whole night there was a dull ringing sound coming from the bathroom which made it very difficult to sleep!

Liked: Staff were quite friendly and helpful. Receptionist Ali was particularly wonderful.

Liked: Would be nice if you did a full English breakfast in the pub restaurant.
Disliked: Stayed previously and had a great sleep! This time had a room next to what I think was the boiler room and found the boiler a bit noisy. The rest of the hotel is nice and quiet.

Liked: Great location for my trip, clean but very basic
Disliked: Value for money I thought the my room was very basic . The rooms heating didn’t work, the breakfast that was offered was a breakfast in a bag for approximately £6.50 was poor value.

Liked: The lady on reception was lovely and even gave my daughters colouring books and pencils. Very warm and friendly welcome. Beds were amazingly comfortable too.
Disliked: Very dated hotel, mould in bathroom etc, tap dripping
