Liked: Nice staff and location
Disliked: Rooms had no lights by the bed- the only light for the room was literally down the hall. Rooms also had moldy looking drapes and windows that didn't open even a little. Bed was uncomfortable.

Disappointing

Liked: Very clean. Super nice staff. Convenient location for trains and lower Manhattan / Brooklyn.
Disliked: This would be an amazing location if you were primarily in NY for nightlife and planned to go to bed at 5am every day. Alas that was not me so the all night honking, screaming and bass was too much. I especially disliked the dude who brought a boombox on to the next door roof right outside the window and had a little party.

Disliked: $500 room worth $100 at best Third World accommodations More a Hostel then a Hotel

Nice location, fantastic view but...

Liked: The roof top view was spectacular, bed was really comfy and great with free coffee that was really tasty.
Disliked: Super tiny rooms and responsive also open under the doors to the hall way.

Liked: great location. comfy bed. friendly staff.
Disliked: horrible showers. no water pressure. never got hot, very tepid. the room keys constantly stopped working and we were told not to put them by credit cards or cell phones so it was our fault if they wouldn’t work. where are you supposed to hold a room key shaped like a card if not in a wallet or your pocket?

Functional place, great views, dirty...

Liked: Simple, efficient, great views, good lower east side location. Roof top amazing. We had the balcony (because someone was already in the first room allocated) that gave extra light and air.
Disliked: Given a room already occupied (annoying and time wasting). No fridge in room. Lifts could be slow. Cockroaches in bathroom. Shop limited. Coffee awful. Pricy.
