Liked: The property was comfortable and well maintained. The garden was immaculate. It is in an ideal spot to visit The Malverns, but the village of Hanley Swan is worth investigating - it has a lovely pond, and a great pub.
Disliked: Nothing.

Superstar host made our family...

Liked: Gigi has thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The little extra touches make the experience really special. We stayed in Malvern View which has a glorious balcony with stunning view over the pretty garden.

Liked: We were self-catering and the facilities at the property were more than adequate. Extremely comfortable accommodation which was presented to the highest quality. Superb stay.Hostess was very professional, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely lady.

Superb - Really recommend

Liked: We just loved staying here. It's our second time, albeit the first was a few years ago. The property is homely, spacious and immaculately kept, and for our dogs, the garden is just great - they loved wandering around having a good sniff.Gigi is very warm, friendly and flexible and really whilst we stayed, made us feel like we were very welcome there. We didn't feel like anything would have been too much trouble had we needed anything.The location is really good. Obviously you'll need a car to get around as the local area is spread around the hills, but where Orchard Side is located is just ideal - everything's just a short car ride away if you want to stay in the local area and not far from the main roads into the area. The property is totally secure and you'll feel safe and sound during your stay.
