Such a great location. And a beautiful privacy to the hotel grounds. Staff were the kindest I've ever experienced whilst travelling! Rooms were impeccable and spacious. Very respectable and quiet environment. Would one hundred percent stay again. Thank you!

Decent enough stay but expected...

Disliked: Wheelchair & buggy access is absolutely awfulThe rooms were dated & had stains on the floorThe shampoo, conditioner & soap were really cheap qualityA waiter in the restaurant was very dismissive It was difficult to get water to the room and we needed to queue for a long time in the barThe restaurant doesn’t open for lunch during the week

Overall good.

Liked: I like the fact they've made an effort to modernise, providing the EV charger and multiple sockets in the room with both USB-A and USB-C ports. They also have solar panels installed. It's very warm, cosy and welcoming, and laid back which I like.
Disliked: Unfortunately for us it was a bit too warm. The heating was on and at first we struggled to turn the rads off as they were tight like they hadn't been turned off before. We had to open the window the whole time and still couldn't sleep very comfortably (there's no air con). Also this felt a bit unsafe for us as 2 girls as it was ground floor. The EV charger was very finnicky but we got there in the end! I would have one more concern that the cups/cutlery provided did not feel 100% clean.
