This hotel is prime canidate for Hotel Impossible. Owners have not invested a dime into this property. Elevator, TV and refrigerator did not work. No extension cords in room to power things. Lightbulbs were missing. No tissue.

Disliked: We were charged for parking but had no car. Booked through booking.com but was told you had to remove charge they couldn’t. Charge has not been removed. I did not catch it when we checked in.

Liked: Staff were excellent, everyone friendly and beyond helpful.Loved the spa pool and towels laid out. Very convenient for the airport
Disliked: Shuttle bus was confusing: I waited at the airport assuming the shuttle would come regularly. After ~30 mins I called the hotel and was told I needed to call and request the shuttle. There was nothing in any welcome emails to say this. I nearly called an Uber twice and after travel this was confusing and tiring. Simply, let your guests know in the welcome email. Apart from that, great.

Liked: Location, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, shuttle to airport or rental car facility, 24 hour hot coffee and fruit available, free parking, reasonable room rates, free breakfast, pool etc… what more could you ask for?? I will absolutely stay again!!
Disliked: I loved everything about the property.
