Liked: Prime location in downtown, but on tenderloin so many homeless. Best value for payment
Disliked: Open windows, no heater or AC, bathrooms modly.

Liked: The breakfast was more on the sweet side but there are different options. We had our own room with the bathroom and it was very clean. The location is close to most of the things.

Disliked: Didn’t felt safe as a women solo traveling, not the safest location and the staff was kinda rude

Liked: There was nothing not to like. The staff was polite and the facility was clean. The location was just on the right side of town. Close to everything that most tourists desire to visit. I was able to walk practically everywhere I wanted to go.
Disliked: As stated before nothing not to like but I will be 100% honest two blocks away can be a less desirable part of town. Just be mindful of that. Yet this hostel is literally across the street from a popular Hilton Hotel so the area it's in is fine.
