Liked: Double room was a good size & clean - all facilities as listed & in operational order. Breakfast was exceptional (full english). Location was good.
Disliked: Retired to room early (9.30pm) & noise level from pub below(music)&revellers outside was uncomfortable & distracting. But all noise ended at closure of pub facilities & no disturbance noise during the night.

Great location, nicely decorated.

Liked: Fabulous location. Although the bar was busy as a rugby match was on, it was quiet in the room. Nicely decorated room.
Disliked: The large tvs being on at breakfast time. It is nicely decorated with mirrors on most walls, but that means there is no where to sit and avoid the screens. We couldn’t work out how to turn the radiator on in the bathroom, but it was warm enough in the end anyway.

Liked: The bedroom was fantastic! Friendly staff and great location. Pub food was wonderful too.
Disliked: The heating wasn't working in our room. They gave us a couple if mobile heaters and a discount off the bill.

Exceptional

Liked: Fantastic location. Staff, from checkin to breakfast to afternoon drinks to checkout, were all incredible.
