Charming room in a great...

Liked: The room was amazing, I booked the superior/feature boutique room which featured a free standing bath which was lovely. The rest of the room was spacious while still cosy and well decorated, with some great amenities including the sky TV which was great for watching the sport. The continental breakfast was nice and service through the stay was great (very easy to order drinks from the bar which were delivered to the room very quickly) Located opposite Richmond station it was easy to get to and was close to pubs and restaurants. As a bit of an aviation lover, being able to the planes on the approach to Heathrow was a bonus!
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Perfect for a rugby weekend!

Liked: The hotel matched our high expectations. Super easy checking in, friendly staff, ordering food and getting to and from train stations/the rugby match at The Stoop. Room was really comfortable and clean.

Would book again, no doubt

Liked: Great location. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was as great. Honesty bar was a great idea. Lovely spacious room. Clean and tidy.
Disliked: The bathroom. The shower whilst functioned all fine and was a great size was mouldy on all of the grout in shower. There was peeling paint on the ceiling in the bathroom. Would benefit from more than one pillow on the bed

Enjoyable, relaxing and lots of...

Liked: Location was perfect for our Ted Lasso themed visit. Loved the decor! Room spacious and quiet. Bar downstairs was inviting and friendly. Breakfast - great choices.
Disliked: Our friends experienced no heating on arrival and whilst the receptionist brought up a heater, it didn't really warm the room up and feel they shouldve been offered a room swap.
