Superb

Happy I chose this property.

Liked: Nice quiet location north of downtown Santa Barbara, few minutes away from good restaurants. The room was good sized, nice shared balcony, and great shower.
Disliked: Only the price, but that's what what a Resort Southern California Town charges on the holiday weekend.

Affordable stay close to Downtown...

Liked: It is just a mile away from the downtown center of Santa Barbara which is really convenient and this is probably the most affordable motel you can find so close to downtown.
Disliked: Value for money. This is still a very expensive motel, the showers didn’t run completely warm water and there was no breakfast. The rooms could have been cleaner as well.

Liked: the hotel was at an excellent spot; there were parking spaces; the staff was extra nice.... however, the room wasn't really cosy, there was a person at 1.30 am that was shouting & threatening someone with all the known words of the vocabulary, which not only awakened me, but also made me quite uneasy.... :(

Our stay was severely marred...

Liked: The Inn's location was absolutely perfect! It was centrally situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
Disliked: I'm extremely disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately, the room's cleanliness fell short of expectations. The space had excessive dust on furniture and floors, a terrible smell, hair scattered throughout (especially on pillows), and unhygienic bathroom conditions, including an insect infestation on the floor. Furthermore, I woke up with mysterious skin spots, suggesting potential bedbug presence. These concerns necessitate improved housekeeping and maintenance for a comfortable stay.
