Disliked: $20 deposit has not been refunded almost a week later. A tall young woman with a foreign accent came into my all male room in the morning after . She had just seen me punch the entry code at the main entrance. Without identifying herself or greeting me she started interrogating me asking if I was staying in that room and what was my name. I told her my name and pointed at the bed that I was staying and she said I was lying and accused me of trespassing . She never asked me for my email with a confirmation booking . Instead she walked out and then came back saying she had found a copy of my ID, barely apologized, and then exited the room. I was indignant after this targeted abuse so I left the property right away before the checkout time.

Disliked: Great place but the amount of time it takes for your deposit to be return is days to weeks later. A lot of people live check to check and that's the way we forced to live. If I am short a dollar, you cannot book this place but yet they hold you money for up to weeks at times bc they missed that they had to pay you back but our money is gaining interest being in someone's account. That's how banking works. I use cash app and form those that know, cash app gives you daily interest on money sitting in you savings. So not only do you delay getting MY money back but the potential days to weeks that interest is lost is unaccounted for which matters to people who live check by check. It's my money, give it right back. They need to find out how to keep better tabs of who and how they pay and do it in the manner of days no more than 2, stop holding people money because if customers dont have a lot, it's a lot for them. You should give people their money back instantly and not wait for our creditors to credit it back in our accounts. They don't accept cash so they force you to use cards and force you to this process in order to stay there. Totally unfair to someone who stays here and there for work but I'm waiting on hotels,.hostels and I'm s to give me back my money. Currently I am waiting on $120 from 5 places combined. It's uncalled for and I will make sure my local congressman knows of this bc that money acrua interest and who is collecting this interest when you wait days to weeks for your money.

Disliked: Smells like rats everywhere , kitchen it’s outside in the patio , bugs and rats smell , staff hits horrible , tourist with visa b1- b2 working illegally in the United States , they have cameras that can hear your conversations without posting signs , horrible manager EDWARD , unprofessional and has no clue about running a property . Staff watch every move you make like babas sitting , no space , bad energy , I don’t recommend any one to stay here
