The best, most romantic and...

Liked: It’s my go to hotel in Vancouver, The front reception staff are absolute stars, very personable and friendly. We love the welcome champagne, such a nice way to kick off a romantic weekend. The room service is fantastic and the lounge is a perfect way to finish the day.
Disliked: Having to leave, so comfortable and decadent there.

Expensive basic accommodation

Liked: The staff were great, the location had various bars and eateries nearby.
Disliked: Very expensive for very basic accommodation. The room was small with old furnishings and ordinary amenities (i.e. soap and shampoo dispensers didn't work properly, hair dryer was low quality etc.). There are drinks and eats nearby, but daytime activities we had to travel.

Liked: I love the small boutique feeling of Opus. The location is amazing and the staff are first class creating a comfortable stay. The hotel needs a few tweaks, black out curtains and better plugs for electronics. I love staying at Opus.
Disliked: Need more plugs for technology and black out blinds. The lights from Yaletown shine through.

Beauriful, clean, convenient and caring...

Liked: The property is conveniently located..it’s clean and the staff was wonderful, highly recommend reserving the e-bikes. The French pasty shoe attached to the hotel was wonderful as well.
Disliked: For the first night we ended up getting a room on the 2nd floor towards the back and the pub downstairs was so loud that we couldn’t sleep till 3:30 am. Additionally the bathroom was facing the side street and was super inconvenient. They changed the room the next day and that was BEAUTIFUL !
