Liked: It’s kind of basic when you walk in but I stayed in Room 1 top floor on my own. It was really clean and lovely big window with sunshine .

Liked: The price & location, was in essence cheap for 2 night based near Oxford Street. The ,location was excellent for my requirements and consider in central London cheap at £200 for 2 nights.
Disliked: I was in the basement, no views other than brick wall. The bathroom was a very poor standard finish and the shower not attached to the wall, the 'hose' attached to the taps only came up to my chest. The furniture was of poor quality - the wardrobe door would not close. There were no bulbs in the wall light or bedside light, this meant that i had to use the main ceiling light all the time & switch this off at the main door and walk to bed in the dark. I had been given 2 single beds , not the double room booked. One bed was not flat and leaned to one side. Throughout my stay , arrived Saturday, left Monday the front desk was occupied only on my arrival, at no other time. The tea/ coffee in my room was not replenished, i went out and bought my own. Apologies but just being honest. If on ya own ok, not for couples, families.

Liked: I requested for early check in 1 hour ,tray didn't give it ,Once I checked in at 14 they didn't give me the room card because the manager wasn't available,.Broken furniture in the Room .Bed was making noise

Disliked: Couldn't find anyone the next day needed water for the kettle that doesn't fit inside the sink

Disliked: The room was not like it was advised on the site , the whole room was slopping to one side the toilet seat was broken the cold water was a warm out of the tap. Also the bed sheet didn’t fit the mattress I slept on and there was only one side you could get onto the bed as the room was so small
