Liked: good location. hotel is overpriced, definately does not feel like 4 star, we do not recomend
Disliked: Very disapointing for 320eur per night +city tax !!! This absolutely does not feel like a four star hotel. There is no hotel restaurant or bar, the lobby is tiny and is even used as breakfast room in morning. The hotel stairway carpet smells, needs to be professionaly cleaned or replaced.My 9yr son had bed bug bites on his arm and a rash on his face after sleeping in the folding bed ! The room was dark with very low ceiling, small windows and was very cramped for three people. We stayed five nights and most days room was properly made up but a couple days it wasnt made up properly. It was very disapointing for us but we tried not to let it ruin our trip.

Liked: Design of the room and bathroom with big shower , waterheater and Nespresso in the room.
Disliked: Old hair dryer, not suitable for long hairs as it heated up quite quickly and was blocked by cooling down for several minutes

Liked: The location is fantastic (close to good food and the subway). It was important to us that this place has an elevator that works. The balcony was a good plus.
Disliked: The room wasn’t entirely clean. The extra day bed had candy wrappers hidden on the side and some crumbs. We also had construction guests in the middle of the day to check out something (they didn’t really say what’s it for) The shower tub is kind of high; we were traveling with our grandma who has limited mobility, she needed a bit of help getting in to the tub.

Liked: Very conveniently located to explore Paris by foot; the room was comfortable and staff were welcoming and efficient.
Disliked: Breakfast options were slightly below what we were hoping in terms of choices and quality of products.
