Liked: Good location with easy access to sights and Metro. Cafes, stores and small park very nearby.

Liked: we loved our big room on the 5th floor, the balcony was a really nice surprise and the view was beautiful! The room and toilet was nice and clean and overall we had a great stay.

Basic but great location

Liked: The location was fantastic. really conveneintly located near metro, large train station, galleries Lafayette and loads of lovely restaurants and bars. Room was street facing but windows were great at blocking out noise.
Disliked: Bathroom was quite small and even though we had a non smoking room there was a smell of smoke in our room frequently coming through the vents.

Liked: Nothing. The room was cramped and felt like staying in a backpayers accommodation. The gentleman on shift around 11pm was extremely rude and when my female colleague came to the hotel with me to pick up documents he rudely told me “NO VISITORS AFTER 12, SHE MYST BOT BE HERE OR WE CHARGE YOU 50€”!! I have never experienced such in all my travels through the years. My guest felt very uncomfortable in how this man approached and talked to us.
Disliked: The cold shower in the morning. The fact that there are 6 floors with many rooms on each floor, the room size and just overall experience. When I asked to cancel my reservation they politely told me that I could do so but they would not refund me to move to a more comfortable hotel.
