Misled, 1/2 open, very expensive...

Liked: The transfers form the Station and the airports....... teh F&B staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The hotel missled on what was open and operating during our stay. The reception staff were very rude. The Hotel was not even 50% operational and reflecting on the high price that we paid it was extremely poor value and we request a refund. In addition we had to pay $400 for a late checkout although the hotel was practically empty.

Great location post hurricane cleanup

Liked: The view from the room was excellent
Disliked: The hurricanes made access to the beach non existent. The snacks were inedible

Disliked: It was hosting a business convention that consumed 80% of the rooms and a large majority of the lobby area. We found this to be unsettling

Great place but staff needs...

Liked: Love the pool overlooking the ocean and love the ocean front hotel rooms and the snacks and water offered 24/7
Disliked: The staff didn’t share any details about the amenities and were unkind and unhelpful when I needed assistance after my phone had the black screen of death and I couldn’t get in contact with my two little kids. They did not let me use their computer and did not let me know the sister location has computers available for use. They just ignored me and avoided eye contact after I returned from the sister location. Luckily someone overheard the convo and let me know there was a sister location available and they provided with instructions on how to get there since my phone wasn’t working at all. I reached out to the staff to let them know what happened but didn’t hear back.
