Very good
Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, sheets had a bit of that starched finish which I like.
Disliked: Lobbying needs a renovation, and parking garage was dirty, spaces narrow

Beautiful view of the ocean,...
Liked: The helpful and friendliness of the staff. Everyone one of them had smiles!
Disliked: The only things I didn’t like were room related. Only 2 accessible outlets and one of those was in the bathroom, no full length mirror in the room, to make sure I was put together, and an iron but no ironing board and no table to iron clothes.

We had a wonderful time...
Liked: Great food the grounds were beautiful had views of ocean and walking distance to beach
Disliked: There was a little construction going on near the pool area but we were still able to use the pool. It also blocked the view of the ocean. The noise level was manageable.

Liked: Very clean and smelled great.
Disliked: They were making changes to their computer system when I arrived. Upon check-in, I needed to leave a credit card for incidentals and damage to room deposit. No problem. I prepaid for my room by a third-party. I checked out a day early I was told I had to pay for the extra day, which I had no problem with it was prepaid so no big deal. I started getting text messages that I owed them more money. Crazy. We came to the conclusion that it was because a glitch changing over a computer system and they apologized and we’re wrong. I received three more phone calls stating I owe them more money each time with them saying that they were wrong and apologizing I finally got to talk to a manager, and she was very rude to me, and wanted to charge me a separate fee for valet parking. This was a new one. Each time I was called it was for a different reason. We were given no other option but to use their valet parking. All this went on several days after I was already checked out and paid For everything. Ridiculous very bad business
