Disliked: My 1st room was not what Booking confirmed.I did not even have a closet. I had to pay $110 per night to get the original confirmed room. I had no recourse since I booked w/ your company. Last time for your company.

Liked: The front desk staff from start to finish were excellent. We were able to check-in early and it was GORGEOUS! The beds were so comfortable, and the rooms were immaculate. I highly advise staying at least 3 nights.

Overall the hotel flatters to...

Liked: The location, the cafe, the breakfast offering
Disliked: No private beach, pool areas were too small for the amount of guests, car valet service was awful, bedroom on 5th floor and the WiFi service was useless
