Would stay again while in...

Liked: Clean room, no bugs, great customer service and price.
Disliked: Internet connectivity.Insufficient washcloths for 2 occupants. Should be 4, not just 2.Slow return of room deposit.

Nice, clean, comfortable, and good...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Food was fresh and hot. Location to airport is good. Grounds are nicely landscaped and well maintained. Personnel are very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: More timely shuttle service. Internet was slow and programming kept cutting out.

My go-to when flying out...

Liked: Ontario Airport Inn has been my go-to for several years and I now consider ONT my primary airport even though it's farther than SAN. The stay-and-fly option puts it at the top of my list of reasons for the change, and the hotel itself is definitely good. Staff is always very nice. Facilities are good though you can tell it's been a while since things like carpet and paint has been redone. But everything worked in the large room, it had the always appreciated mini-fridge and microwave, bed was very comfortable and large, and location is very convenient--close to airport (even without the free shuttle) and I-10.
Disliked: Carpet in room and halls is old, though this isn't a deal-breaker for me.
