Cheap but clean and safe.

Liked: Staff all around were A++, they hustle and keep running a tight ship, including security. Parking is secured and free!! First time I've ever seen that. Breakfast is pretty simple, but at this price point check yourself if you're expecting a luxurious banquet. Pool area and overall landscaping were nice. Definitely staying here and/or storing my car again whenever flying out of ONT!
Disliked: Pool view room ended up being off in the corner and blocked by the rest of the hotel, with a tiny window making it pretty dark. Felt a bit outdated for sure. The price points attracts characters but everyone was just minding their own business.

Very inconvenient

Liked: The beds were nice, the bathroom door knob is not working. The bathroom smelled moldy.
Disliked: Your facilities were sad, there are no signs posted on your laundry area of how to use your washer and dryer’s. The soap box is empty with no sign that you purchase in the front desk. No notice of change must also your change for quarters is not posted to go purchase at the front desk. Were not given breakfast hours and almost missed it by 10 minutes. Poor information for your services.

Excellent stay

Liked: The staff is always friendly and helpful, which is appreciated. Room was good size, and since I had several large bags, I appreciated being on the ground floor. Bed seemed extra-comfortable, more so than usual--maybe it was the jet lag? Love being able to park and fly; this will also keep me coming back. Good location close to airport as well as a Denny's and some other restaurants down the street.
Disliked: This trip was excellent, though I was a bit surprised there was no breakfast at 08:30. Previous stays have always had some breakfast items out. If there is no longer breakfast being offered, I'll just go to Denny's.
