Overall I was not happy and will not stay there again.

Liked: Good location and restaurant.
Disliked: AC had a very strange smell; luckily I had a sliding door I could open to remove the smell. The bathtub ran out of hot water before filling up.

Liked: Great room; very nice hotel! Convenient as well.
Disliked: Check out time.

Frustrating - I feel ripped...

Disliked: The elevators and front doors were broken. The bed was so uncomfortable and the room was not the room I. The picture. The hot water in my shower never came on after 20 mins and when I called the maintenance staff wasn’t there yet. Then the coffee shop was closed and there was no breakfast.

Liked: Christina was amazing recognizing I had a duplicate reservation and setting up a refund. Expedia had not sent me a reminder notice. The rate dropped day of arrival. Location was great and many restaurants and stores nearby. I would gladly stay here again as the rooms were so spacious.
Disliked: No USB port in room.

Liked: Absolutely enjoyed my time here, staff was helpful and friendly! I look forward to staying again when I visit Ontario again!

Liked: The staff were really nice.
Disliked: The entire place felt very old and broken down. The elevators didn't work, the phone didn't work. It seemed a bit like a ghost town. The pool floor was dirty. You could see the dirt moving when you walked through it.
