Liked: The location is expectational, in the center but still calm and quiet. The hotel restaurants are outstanding and breakfast was our favorite part of the day.Drinks in the lobby, highly recommended.
Disliked: The wifi in the quiet inner rooms was not the best.

Liked: I really enjoyed the hospitality and professionalism of the staff, especially Rodrigo who helped us with everything. We arrived the night of the floods and were really frightened but he was so kind! Thankyou Rodrigo!The position was great, the restaurant amazing and they had a flower boutique for my surprise.
Disliked: The first night they gave us two rooms(2 adults and 2 children)the other nights we slept in only one of these because it was a familiar room and had enough space and beds. I’m sorry I had to pay an extra room the first night

Liked: The location, the hotel but above all the staff! I found my home when I visit Valencia again and will actually look at other properties from the brand in different locations. Very impressed!
