Fantastic hotel!

Liked: The hotel is fantastic, breakfast was really complete and everything was very well prepared, I appreciated all the options they had. The gym was small but very nice and it was great to have it available 24hs. We tried the restaurant on the top floor for lunch and the food was amazing, the rice dishes were delicious and the service was great.
Disliked: Sometimes we left the room for almost all day and when we returned in the afternoon the rooms were still not done, the cleaning crew was always super nice, but we also wanted to be able to enjoy the rooms and relax there during the afternoon hours.

As perfect as a hotel...

Liked: Perfect location in the beating heart of the city, near major tourist sites, shopping, nightlife etc. Beautiful property, elegantly designed with great ambiance. Room and bathroom were perfect. Very friendly and service oriented staff

Disliked: Perhaps the breakfast offer could be revisited ? But that could just be us . From the extra 25 EU per persons it’s seems a bit steep

Super cool place with a...

Liked: It is very difficult to rate this place. It is without a doubt a super cool spot with super cool people all over the place. The place is gorgeous but somehow disorganized and chaotic. There was no bellman when you get out of your cab and we had to carry your bag up the stairs. We noted this to be common. Then when we were leaving, our bellman ran around for 10 minutes to get us a cab with road closures all over the place and he was a joy. You have to wait 10 minutes in line to get your coffee for breakfast but then once you get it, it is the best damn coffee you’ve ever had and the barista is ready and willing to make you anything, including an espresso martini in the morning. You can’t get the attention of the waitress in the bar because she is too busy talking to her friends for 20 minutes, but then the drinks,once you get them, are spectacular. Anyway, there lots to like about this place including the location which is both out of the way and in the heart of it all.
Disliked: We had to beg to get face clothes and on day two we were told the hotel didn’t have any, even though there was two in the bathroom when we got there. It was very odd to say the least.
