Wonderful hotel!

Liked: The location is amazing. The decor inside the property is stunning
Disliked: One of the many reasons for choosing this hotel is the different bars, however on both nights they were reserved for private events, leaving us with nowhere to sit and enjoy a drink.

Great place to return to...

Disliked: I found the lounge bar a bit onthe pricy side which it needn't be.

A good break at nice...

Liked: We always try to book hotels as near to the centre of the places we visit. This was no exception. Yes, location was fine with us. Close to so many places of interest , restaurants , shops - on foot & by Bolt. Room was fantastic on the inside of a courtyard - so quiet & peaceful at night. We were a bit surprised at breakfast. People were not helpful to explain the Vegan & healthy corner , buffet was not of a high grade, not much choice & waiter service was terrible. Maybe language barrier was the problem cause we simply lost communication with everyone. Only staff at reception were so , so nice with us during our stay.
Disliked: As we described our experience above, the breakfast stage was a horrible time every day. We call someone for a cappuccino & this would take ages to come or even never delivered. We understand that you Spanish have a bit of a problem with the English language , but even the waiter service , etiquette & manners from staff was unfortunately poor. We are not people who complain except when it is due. We have travelled around Europe & have over 300+ reviews on Tripadvisor.

Liked: Quirky layout, good location, nice beddings
Disliked: Staff had attitude, rooms are noisy when looking into the indoor courtyard, not good value for money

Excellent elegant boutique hotel with...

Liked: Very clean elegant cosy, excellent breakfast, excellent central location
Disliked: We had a room with a small almost blind window. The cost per night was approximately 350 euros!
