Everything was perfect until I...

Liked: I do like this hotel and have stayed here before. I know that the price I paid per night was inflated because of a Green Bay Packer football game coinciding with night at this hotel, but I never expected it to be double the $495.50 that I paid for ONE night there. The clerk at checkout requested my credit card. My total for what I paid the hotel (unexpectedly!) $495.50 and the Booking.com charge also $495.50 (expectedly) amounted to a total of $991.00. These two charges appeared on my Wells Fargo Visa signature card (ending in -8330). I hopefully expect that you at Booking.com can retrieve $495.50 for me.
Disliked: I ended up being charged double the already inflated price of $495.50 for a total of $991.00 for ONE night! This was because I charged my room with you on Booking.com and, at check-out, the clerk asked for my credit card. I figured it was for identification purposes. I didn't know she was going to charge the room on it as I was prepaid!!!! I discovered this when my Wells Fargo Cash Wise Visa card bill came!

Liked: Convenient to the airport. Good noodle bar and morning coffee.
Disliked: The guy that checked us in was not friendly.

Disliked: Disappointed you had to pay for the bottled water placed in the room

Great clean hotel perfect for...

Liked: The Oneida Hotel is excellent! We stay there annually during our Packer Trip. The hotel has multiple sports bars, restaurants, and a casino. It is always clean and customer service is always great!
Disliked: Nothing! The hotel is great!

Liked: Loved the breakfast. Waitress was really great

Liked: Having the shuttle to the game was great!
Disliked: Paying $8 each way was a lot.The restaurant was a little slow with food service but made up for it!

Liked: Good location. Comfortable room.
Disliked: We needed additional pillows and more coffee. We asked the housekeeping gal to leave both things in our room for us as we were leaving for the day. She smiled and said she would. She did not. When we tried to call the front desk it just rang and rang and rang. No one answered the phone for Front desk, Housekeeping, operator …… simply no answer. Very strange and not the best customer service in my opinion. We also were not thrilled with the lack of restaurant choices available.
