It’s a wonderful stay at...

Liked: Great location, comfort & clean room.
Disliked: The hotel’s window soundproofing is not good and we were occasionally woken up by passing vehicles.

We can’t wait to return!

Liked: It’s a cute building, very clean, the location was perfect for our trip! And we looooved spending New Year’s Eve on the rooftop terrace!
Disliked: Bartender seemed to be in a hurry to close, way ahead of time.

Disliked: front desk (scarlet) not friendly, no smiles. no concierge service. we had to use other hotels concierge to get information.mini fridge, bathroom heater/exhaust not working. The room felt cold even though it was set at 72! I had a feeling the thermostat is not working!1st day: our room wasn't clean. front desk told us the room is only cleaned upon request. I have never heard of a hotel that would only clean a room upon request.finally, I have a feeling we got a smaller room even though we paid extra for the premier room (340 sq ft). Front desk denied. We asked to switch room for later day but it didn't happen.We called the hotel a few days before we checked in to ask if the pool was heated. We were told it was heated but that is not the case.We have a string of complaints and asked to speak to a manager and contact details. Front desk (Scarlet) told us it was all in the hotel website. I still couldn't find this info on their website.

Liked: Breakfast was decent, nothing special, fruit and cereals, pastries
Disliked: Looking out the window the view was terrible and the windows were super dirty. We closed the blinds
