Disliked: Not one thing... This was an amazing place to stay!

Disliked: They do not serve black people there. Even though my wife is white.

It was a great stay...

Liked: Austin the front desk manager, working with his manger helped us upgrade to a great room. He so went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We can not thank him enough! The Resort saved our 2 day much needed vacation!
Disliked: We originally were booked in a studio and the mattress didn't have a box spring, it was on weak slates, it was sloping and squeeked terribly every little turn. Not ok for middle aged people paying a nice price for a room.

Amazing and Beautiful

Liked: Very beautiful and clean, with many great views and easy access to all amenities.

Perfect spot for a little...

Liked: I really liked the private patio. I liked that it was close to the adventure park and activities on the mountain. I enjoyed the shuttle service that brought us into town and back to the resort.
Disliked: The onsite restaurant or bar had really confusing hours and never appeared open, was also a bit pricey. However close restaurants and bars were within walking distance. The beds were not that comfortable.

Superb

Liked: Did not like the change from what was a buffet...included with reservation to a short menu with a $10 credit. This led to a problem with our reservation and management is aware of this.
Disliked: Original accommodations had quality issues. Broken bed in my sons room. Electrical outlets not working in my one bedroom. As a result management issued a credit to my son and up graded his room. Up graded my room to a very nice suite. Luggage racks should be in the parking area when we arrive. shouldn't have to go up to the main lobby to get one and then go back to the parking to load luggage etc.

Perfect location, loved skiing all...

Liked: Proximity to skiing, gondola into town, ease of everything
Disliked: Pull out couch was uncomfortable with springs and steam sauna smelled like sweat.

Liked: Good breakfast, very convenient downstairs
Disliked: It was late one day. Coffee earlier would be good.

Disliked: The beds in our room were very uncomfortable
