Good place for Madrid

Liked: perfect location and nice design. Staff kindly.
Disliked: The view from the room was on internal courtyard.

Exceptional

Liked: Very clean large room. Location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was perfect. Staff were very nice and kind.
Disliked: Nothing

Adequate room. Great location

Liked: Adequate room. Kind of like a student accommodation but it was clean enough. Lots of space for a family of 4. 3 single beds and a large single sofa bed which was comfy. Problem with a mattress but the staff promptly changed it. Room was nice and quiet. You are paying for the location which is very much worth it. Staff were very nice.
Disliked: A little basic and needed a refresh but for us it was very acceptable.

Overpriced stay in heavily used...

Liked: Location of hotel was good and personnel friendly. Nice shower and beds
Disliked: We got room with frosted window to wall view, room was very small and had signs of heavy usage, a lot of dents, scratches. I mean - it doesn't cost a lot for that price to touch up walls and tv stand to make room look better!!!. TV behind mirror had a lot of reflections. Decorations on add somewhere there but not really represent what you will get

the location of the hotel...

Liked: the only problem was in the bathroom which did not drain and filled with a lot of water every time it was used.

I would choose again if...

Liked: Its location is great. Breakfast is not included, however there are many cafes nearby. Very much enjoyed my time there!
Disliked: Breakfast is not an option because there is no place. The coffee machine at the corridor didnot work properly most of the time
