Excellent location, comfortable room and...

Liked: Loved the location and price. The room was large enough for two with plenty of floor space to accommodate a lot of luggage and still have room to move around. The shower was nice. There was plenty of storage space and places to put luggage and other items for storage and easy access.
Disliked: We had a little trouble getting the heat adjusted but that was minor and we figured it out.

If you're not looking to...

Liked: The room was always clean and towels always replaced.
Disliked: Unsure about the costing of the minibar so avoided using. TV was very slow and unable to load any online tv players (netflix, disney, etc...). When checking-in, I had to find the receptionist by walking around the different hotel floors. The WiFi was also only working in certain spots in my room.

Liked: Great complimentary taxi pick up and delivery to the hotel.Great location in the hear of the barrio de las tetras. That's unfortunately it. The rest was well below expectations, especially for this hotel brand, which is known to be funky, hospitable, design focused and above standards...with apparently the exception of this one.
Disliked: Very run down hotel with little feel of wanting to great. Rooms condition below bad, specifically for the asked rate during the stay. Scruff marks through about the hotel room, corridors and public areas. Wooden MDF plinths in bathroom area sever damaged and disformed due humidity. Shower tray broken and tried to be repaired with silicone, yet water continues to stagne.
