Very pretty gardens and lovely...

Liked: Beautiful breakfast room with lovely painted walls. Breakfast nice.
Disliked: The pool was quite small and cold for an evening bathe - would have been lovely in full sun.

Beautiful Boutique hotel but the...

Liked: Breakfast excellent and Nikolas made sure you were well looked after.Front desk staff were excellent.
Disliked: Chef in the dining room should learn that customer satisfaction goes a long way in this business and maybe if he tasted his own food he might understand.

More than we could have...

Liked: Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you could want. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. There are several places to relax or sit with a drink, both inside and out. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc. (uphill of course). The restaurant food was exquisite and reasonably priced for the surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel and would return here again. We stayed 5 nights in room 3306. Great view. Hotel has an elevator.

Fantastic holiday

Liked: Beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and staff were wonderful. Plenty of options for breakfast and the dining room is amazing. Fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Porto (Remembrance Weekend)

Liked: The location to the vibe area was great, the shopping area was brilliant; walking is difficult as it's up hill down dale on cobble stones but brilliant hotel.
Disliked: Sink wouldn't empty properly, staff could do with learning English a bit more but it was ok. Sauna wasn't on, on first night and car park next door is a bit of a nightmare as it's none stop till about midnight with alarms going but everything else was brilliant.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and the standard room is great
Disliked: The only filter ive inserted in booking while looking where to stay in porto was a gym.The gym at the hotel is nearly a gym.U have only one matNo weights And just 0 facilities of a real gym in a 5starsWe were really disappointed
