Amazing staff & service, but...

Liked: Pros: - Great staff - Tiago was my favorite person to talk with :)- Nice design- Clean rooms- Enough space to go around- Mini bar- Breakfast- Central location
Disliked: Cons:- Lack of phonic insulation (e.g. good glass for the windows). Events/ concerts in the city center that were up to midnight were impossible to ignore. Even people on the street were so easy to hear due to the low quality of insulation. - The same with the noise from the constructions. It was just terrible - you were woken by it and during the day you could not have a rest because of that. - The main doors from the room were not insulated either. You could hear people as goog as they were sitting with you in the room.

Liked: Wonderful hotel and services that are centrally located in Porto!
Disliked: Not the hotel's fault but there is major metro work going on in Porto which makes this whole locality very loud. The hotel did warn us multiple times!
