Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The design of the hotel is notably flawed. The bar and restaurant are situated on the bottom level, completely blocking any views of the water, which is only a few feet away but hidden behind dunes. Navigating to the rooms is unnecessarily complicated, with a grand staircase off the lobby that only serves to confuse guests in locating the elevator. Furthermore, the "spa fee" is a rip-off, as the offerings do not resemble a true spa experience at all.

The instructions were to call to have it picked up which I did, but they didn’t pick up. Caesar salad was missing salad dressing. Construction noise on north side of the building should warrant a discounted stayFurniture was worn

Liked: This hotel is dated but the stay is pleasant. Great location right in a cute shopping dining district. Rooms were old but clean and comfortable. Dog policy is unfriendly in that dogs can only be in the lobby not pool or restaurant. Staff are nice.
