Liked: This hotel is dated but the stay is pleasant. Great location right in a cute shopping dining district. Rooms were old but clean and comfortable. Dog policy is unfriendly in that dogs can only be in the lobby not pool or restaurant. Staff are nice.

Liked: tremendous location - top beach, great restaurants in the area, good nightlife The staff at the hotel is helpful. The rooms are clean and well amintained.
Disliked: Hotel is dated. While comfortable and clean the hotel design is out of date. Deluxe ocean view is over stated. Only good view if stand at the window and look to the side. Bathrooms are small.

Other than the bathroom and...

Liked: Everyone was nice and the place was beautiful. My only complaint was the shower didn't drain and the tub jets were underpowered and the screen to control them was shattered...oh, and the refrigerator leaked water.
Disliked: Other than the bathroom and refrigerator, I highly approved of everything about the stay.
