Liked: The location was super, the entire staff from the housekeeping to the restaurant were absolutely delightful!! Manners are fabulous!! Glenn the restaurant waiter was tremendous!!
Disliked: It’s in a bit of a stag where it needs some freshening up. We’ve stayed here before years ago and still liked it. The hotel coffee bar downstairs is in big need of more machines or even change its serving area to the empty bar across from check in to make it more accessible to many at one time. Waiting 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee seems a bit much. One cup at a time, but the line of everyone in the hotel waiting was way too long… Parking at $35 a day is New York prices…
